My name is Kiri-Moana Proctor, and I’m the founder of Dukies. Based in sunny Queensland, I’m a proud mother to two active, tactile teenage boys and a fiancé to former professional footballer Michael Crocker.

With over 15 years of experience in the design and manufacturing industry, I’ve created just about every type of garment imaginable. But it wasn’t until I looked at the needs of the people closest to me, my 6’5” teenage son, a water-loving younger son, and a fiancé with a professional athlete’s build, that I realised there was a real gap in the market for inclusive, functional, and great-looking men’s shorts.

As someone with a background in support work, inclusivity isn’t just a buzzword, it’s a priority. That’s why I set out to design the perfect pair of shorts for real bodies, ranging from XS to 6XL. The result? Thoughtfully designed, ridiculously comfortable shorts that fuse practicality with bold, boundary-pushing prints and colour.

What started as a passion project quickly grew. Dukies is now dressing some of the most recognisable people on the planet and is proudly stocked on Australia’s largest online platforms.

And this? This is just the beginning.
